GXNZX (pronounced “gonzo”) is a producer and DJ born in Málaga and based in Marbella. Since his beginnings in 2015, he's stood out for his raw, forward-thinking sound and signature offbeat rhythms. His catalog includes a wide range of instrumental releases, both digital and physical, under independent labels such as Scenic Rhythms (Chicago), Solid Tapes (Madrid) or Ruanda Records (Málaga), alongside numerous self-released projects and remixes. Between 2017 and 2020, he hosted his own monthly show as a resident on NTS Radio (London), establishing himself as a consistent presence in the international underground scene. In 2021, GXNZX released his first record with the independent label Ruanda Records.
Later that year, he embarked on a Latin American tour performing over 40 shows across more than 10 countries — including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay — alongside Madrid-based MCs Cráneo & Lasser, a journey that lasted through mid-2022. He returned to Latin America in 2023 for major festivals such as Picnic (Costa Rica), Cosquín Rock (Argentina & Paraguay), and Nación Urbana (Argentina).
In 2024, he released the double LP “Diablos & Bermudas” with Cráneo & Lasser, followed by the Diablos Tour, spanning 20 new dates across Mexico, Colombia, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Uruguay, wrapping up with five final shows in Spain. Most recently, GXNZX has expanded his creative output with two new instrumental albums — IDFWNB and RX5 — the fifth installment of his remixtape series, featuring flips of tracks by Nas, Kanye West, Larry June, Schoolboy Q, and more.
